Entretien
Two rounds of interviews. First was taken for around 2 hrs that included coding questions, code snippet to guess the output and one system design question. Level 2 was a client round where the interviewer asked two coding questions, a few theoretical core java questions and some basic springboot.
Both the interviewers from L1 & L2 rounds were very polite and professional. The technical interview experience was quite good. But, the Capgemini HR team are pathetic. I followed up for a feedback post L2 round and the interview organizer told me that it was a select and asked me to wait for the HR call. I waited for a few days and then called back the organizer again. She asked for my candidature details and confirmed over the call again that I was selected and the HR team might be working on the offer letter. I had taken the L2 round test on 12th July and since then I called Capgemini interview organizer multiple times to know the status. All the time she used to confirm that I had cleared the interview and I should wait for an HR call. On 29th July, I received an email from Capgemini HR that I couldn't clear the 2nd technical round. This was so unprofessional of them. All these days they were telling a different story that they were waiting for the client approval on the package and that they were working on the offer letter and all of a sudden after 17 days they came up with a new story.
My suggestion to all the aspirants out there just don't go for a Capgemini interview. No matter how good you perform, no matter what they tell you over the phone, if they find a candidate who is ready to work on a lesser salary than you they will simply reject your candidature and the best part is that they won't tell that you were not in their budget rather they'll send you a mail stating you couldn't clear the interview. Have fun.

4. Create a book class and ensure no duplicate books are added to a collection. The uniqueness of a book is determined by its title and its author.

1. Two coding questions related to array and hashmaps.
2. Another follow up question on the same problem but was asked to solve using java 8 stream api.

The interview process consisted of two rounds, L1 and L2, focusing on Java core concepts, Java 17 and 21 features, Microservices architecture, Kafka messaging, Kubernetes orchestration, problem-solving skills, and technical discussions
