3. Case Study with Managing Consultant as the reviewer. You will have around 30-45 minutes to read and plan your presentation.
The entire process took around 3 weeks.
Did an assessment on both intelligence and soft skills. Followed by two different 2 interviews, first one as a general check of background and motivation, second one focussed on skills including a consulting case

1. by director
2. by senior director
3. by project manager
similar questions, polite and easy to communicate
At first, HR told me there are 1 phone interview and 1 Teams interview. However, I had 3-rounds phone interviews.

Quick phone call with simple case study then case on site with final partner interview. Pretty standard process with nothing you wouldn't expect. Phone call for 15 minutes and the larger case was half a day
