First is the Recruiter screening, then behavioral assessment, next is meeting with hiring manager, then power day (5 interviews over the course of a week). The power day interviews are 30-45 minutes each.

Not great communication from my original recruiter, but a second recruiter ultimately got involved and was extremely helpful. The actual interview with the hiring manager was engaging and informative. Overall it was a positive experience.

I applied online and spoke to three different people from HR to get the answers I needed. They could not match my salary requirements so the process was cut short.
For a financial services provider they do not pay well at all but their benefits are pretty good!
