Please note carefully my observations at the onsite interview which included 2 technical and 2 behavioral interviews: One of the interviewer had no idea of a must have REST API concept. And to my complete surprise one interviewer told me "If he can get a Job in Capital One why not you???" referring to one of my friend working at Capital One. I did not understand what the interviewer meant by saying the above.I believe he tried to stereotype me. Do you think that a seasoned interviewer can talk like that??? Complete unjust done to me. Answered All Core Java,Spring,REST questions. Did white board programming successfully. Had the worst experience i ever had interviewing at any company till date.
