I applied online. I was sent a link to take an online behavioral, verbal and math multiple choice test. After completing the test I received an email to come on campus and another behavioral interview and a case interview. Im still in the final step.

First have on campus behavioral interview. After that you are flown out to one of their campuses where you have three interviews, get a tour of the campus, learn more information about the company. There was one behavioral interview, a case interview, and a "fit" interview. The behavioral was typical, the case interview is different but very easy if you know basic math, and the fit interview was more of a technical interview; however, the questions were very easy. I received an offer the next day.
