First round interview was three behavioral questions over the phone. The next day, I got an email from my recruiter that invited me to a Powerday. Had an on-site interview that consisted of four rounds of interviews: two behavioral interviews, a case interview, and a job fit interview. The interviewers were really nice and friendly. I enjoyed talking with them. I did get a little frustrated, however, because it took the company about four weeks to get back to me to tell me that I wouldn't be receiving an offer even though I was told it would take 3-5 business days. It took two follow-up emails to get those results.
