As mentioned in the other reviews, the final round consists of a behavioral, job fit, and case study interview. The interviewer itself was great, the interviewers genuinely seemed interested in getting to know you and they were happy to answer any questions you had about the position, company, and their own experiences. I was just disappointed with the recruitment manager, who took a vacation only days leading up to the interview and bluntly told me she may or may not answer my questions over email. The recruiter even had a different employee call me on her behalf of the offer decision. Another disappointment is that they provide absolutely no feedback if you do not get offered the position. I understand not giving feedback for a first-round interview, but I expected more since it was a final interview and it took about 4-5 hours of my day.

1st Round - Behavioral 2nd Round - Super day - Case, Behavioral, and Job Fit interviews Very positive candidate experience. Everyone is very helpful. For the case - just do some practice online through youtube, practice talking out loud to explain your though process.
