First round is an hour long case interview (profitability type) which is followed by 2 case interviews (break-even/profitability type) and product interview on power day. This year all interviews were virtual.

Enjoyed the process until the 3rd interviewer of Power Day. She was a Director that showed up 5 minutes late with no apology, after a few minutes I noticed she was in a very public setting with a lot of people talking and distracting background noises. She wasn't very good at explaining the story and didn't seem to care about the process or the interview.
