The interview was in three different parts: behavioral, job fit, and case. The interviews were with three different people and took about an hour each. The interviews were back to back which can be stressful and tiring. The employees are pleasant and the case interviewer is helpful. It's important to ask questions during the case and think out loud so they understand your thought process.

The Power Day was extremely intense, lasting 4 hours, but it was a great experience. It depends on what order they give you, so I got the case interview first, then the job fit interview, and lastly the behavioral interview.
Three rounds, math portion wasn't bad I didnt do well on the last round of behavioral. The interviewers were very nice and understanding. The earlier you get your offer the earlier you can choose between the Arlington/Richmond office. Arlington office gets filled pretty quick
