I applied through their website. The process was a lot longer than I had expected. I didn't hear back for weeks at a time. The power day interview consisted of 2 case interviews and a product interview. I had no breaks in between each interview and each interview took an hour. I had to wait for an extra 40 minutes for my last case interview. When he arrived on the zoom call he proceeded to be rude and unpleasant. Also, he rushed me to finish my case with the remaining 20 minutes just because he arrived late. This whole process was just a waste of time. (Btw Capital One seems to allow a lot of individuals to participate in their power day. So don't have your hopes up that you will receive an offer. )

I applied in july they got back to me in october.. I had 1 phone screen first, then a week after that 1 Mini case, another 2 weeks after that a Powerday with 3 or 4 senior business analysts You get offer or rejection the next couple days <4
