First round was a portfolio review and second round was a super day with behavioral questions, questions about Capital One/why you're interested, and a design challenge where they gave us user research we had to analyze and use to design something (just a sketch)

After submitting your resume, you are selected to complete a virtual portfolio review. This is a 45-minute interview where I spent 30 minutes going over a deep dive of two projects. After that, 15 minutes are spent asking questions and discussing the presentation. A few days later I was then selected to move into the second round of interviews: Power Day. This is three back-to-back interviews with three separate employees. This was really tough because I was essentially in an interview from 1 pm to 4:15 pm with only 5-6 minute breaks in between. The interviews were structured into job fit (45 minutes), behavioral interview (45 minutes), and design challenge(1 hour 30 minutes).
