Codesignal -> Recruiter Questionaire -> Power Day (3 parts: 1 technical, 1 behavioral, 1 case). Codesignal was automatic. I heard back from the recruiter a little over a month later and scheduled my power day for the following week. Received verbal offer week after power day.

Data structures coding , less algorithm.
Mostly cares about communication , less implementation.
Case study - involved bug squashing (easy to fix) and was asked couple of design choice questions.
