Recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. Had a 15 min phone screen with them and found their behavior to be very rude. Every time they asked me a question, they interrupted my response. At the end, they didn't let me ask any questions about the role because they kept trying to answer my question before I finished. I will likely not apply to capital one again if this is how their recruiters treat candidates after the recruiter reaches out to them.
