Applied in person and received a call to come in and interview about 2 weeks later. After having an hour long conversation, the interviewers noted my experience to be strong but I lacked years. They suggested that they were looking for someone with roughly 10+ years in leadership and recommended me for an introductory position within the company.
I found this incredibly rude and unprofessional as I currently come from a luxury manager's background applying for a luxury manager's position. Honestly, they wasted my time as they had my resume with all the dates. They emailed me their recommended positions and I replied with my current salary requirements. They proceeded to ghost me with no response. I've only heard of stories of rude and unprofessional companies and interviewers but it was something else to experience it in person.

It was a Teams Interview with Regional Senior Manager. The process was smooth, and the interviewer was sincere and eager to understand how I will be fit into the corporate culture of this company.

Entrevista um pouco impessoal. Clima estranho na entrevista, entre o próprio pessoal da empresa. Triagem de currículos, prova de lógica, prova de comportamento e entrevista presencial, com perguntas pré programadas. Nunca obtive qualquer resposta do processo seletivo, mesmo após um mês da última entrevista.
