Very casual setting. Interview with GM was pleasant. They asked some customer service and technical questions. It was apparent that they were looking for candidates with potential that were trainable. Environment was relaxed. The GM seemed very eager and attentive to my answers. I didn't get the impression that he was hyper critical.
