Entretien
The interview process consists of four stages. The first round is an introductory conversation with the recruiter, followed by a second round with the Hiring Manager to discuss experience and role fit. The third round involves meetings with members of the sales team, and the final round is with the Director alongside the Hiring Manager for final evaluation and alignment.

I applied online. I interviewed at Criteo.
Interview -
Recruiter reached out regarding Solution Engineer position and I agreed to speak with her on the phone and we talked about salary exceptions and the role. I clearly told her about my salary exceptions before I decided to continue the interview and she said company can match this salary for this role. After this initial call, company sent me a take home assessment and after completing the take home assessment recruiter told me I passed the technical round but they have a different position to match my salary requirements. I decided to continue with the interview and I had a final round interview with the team. After completing my final round of interview, I told them about my offers from other companies and I need to make a decision soon. Recruiter came back with an offer that was 30% below my expectation and what we talked during the initial call. This process was such a waste of time and the recruiter was very unprofessional, she was not sure what she was doing and it was a frustrating process. I clearly told recruiter about my salary exceptions and other competing offers and even after knowing this she delayed the entire process and came back with an offer thats 30% below my expectations. This is completely unacceptable and I'm very glad I had other offers from better companies whose HR did a good job than Criteo's.
