Bei Dell werden verschiedene Möglichkeiten im Wechsel ausprobiert, sie haben noch nicht wirklich das richtige für sich gefunden. Von Einzelgesprächen mit Teamleiter oder HR, TL und HR oder Assessment´s ist alles möglich. Bei mir war es ein normales Gespräch. Hat ca 1h gedauert. Kommt drauf an aus welcher Abteilung der TL vor einem sitzt solche Fragen werden gestellt. siehe Fragen unten, für z.b Akquise

Not bad, long. Took a month or so to go thru the process. Video interviews and mock sales call. Could be worse but be prepared. Friendly interviewers which was nice!
the interview consisted of a recruiter call, two behavioral interviews and a role play. straight forward sales interview, nothing out of the ordinary of difficult. they don’t ask tech specific questions, just want to see that you can sell

The hiring process included an initial phone interview to discuss my background and experience, followed by a virtual interview that explored my skills in more depth and assessed overall role fit.
