First stage is interview screening, second is call with recruiter, third is case completion while viewed by manager. I am not aware later on as I have not yet completed the third stage
First off, a standardized computerized aptitude test which can be taken from home should be taken - the link was sent through email. The test takes around 10 to 15 minutes.
After that, one round of HR interview with behavioural interview technique was conducted - taking approximately an hour or two.
The next round is with a manager / senior manager - who asks questions about auditing techniques, IFRS etc.

Question 1
They put you at ease and try to make you comfortable enough to answer the questions - so that they can get the best out of you. They wouldnt grill into too technical questions for semi-senior role. If you are in audit already for 3 years, you should be able to answer these questions easily.
