J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. J'ai passé un entretien chez Deloitte en août 2025
Entretien
I recently went through the placement hiring process at Deloitte. The process started with an online assessment consisting of aptitude and coding questions, focusing on logical reasoning, problem-solving, and programming fundamentals.
After the assessment, a small group of candidates (around 30) were shortlisted for the final interview round. The interview mainly revolved around my previous experience and projects, where I was asked to explain my work in detail, including the tech stack and challenges faced.
The interviewer also evaluated my mathematical and analytical thinking through a few problem-solving questions. Additionally, there was one coding question to assess my approach and implementation skills.
Overall, the process was well-structured, with a good balance of technical discussion and analytical evaluation. A few days after the final interview, I received the offer.
