I contacted Deloitte spontaneously for a 3 month internship in their corporate compliance team. I sent them my resume and cover letter and got feedback within couple of days. They invited me to the head office in Diegem for 2 interviews, one with HR (30min) and another one with partner and senior manager of ERS (30 min).
I got an offer after these interviews by mail the following days.
Pretty basic interviews where you take them through your resume step by step and explain your experiences and interests. They test your language knowledge en motivation for the job and availability during the year.
I got an offer for 3 months.

What do you expect?
Language testing.
You will need to complete Accounting, english, and Hirevue test before interview with HR. Then will move to user, usually manager from your business unit. Maybe will ask about your past project or about PSAK (if accounting). Took a month to get offering letter. HR will call you if you get accepted.
Interview process was smooth but took time to be scheduled. After the interview, feedback was quick but the interview was rescheduled several times. Interview consisted of behavioral questions with 2 interviewers from the same department.

Two step:
one online video assessment with three questions
one live interview with 2 members of the team with ~10 questions
The interview was laid back with mostly behavioural questions asking about my past experience and how I could contribute to the team etc.
