Deloitte visited our college on campus for the BTA positions. The initial shortlisting was done based on the online exam taken by AM. Then, it was followed by group case study which went for 30 mins followed by short presentation in which everyone contributed. Then shortlisted students were called for interview which was mostly HR based and lasted for 15 mins. The overall recruitment process was fantastic!

I went through two interviews. The first interview included the behavioral part and case part. The second interview was with a managing director, and the entire interview was about solving a M&A case.

Consulting Case study interview - uses STAR method, need to evaluate case question through timeline, budget, stakeholders involved (both internal and external) and KPIs. Keep in mind agile vs. waterfall methodology, phased iterative approach, and the SDLC framework.
Hired on campus . For some there were 2 rounds but I just had 1 round and that's it i was selected. Mostly resume based questions were alsed in addition to some HR questions
