1. Aptitude Test
2. Assessment Center where it is mainly comprised of three parts; first writing an email to your senior manager as a fresh joiner at Deloitte, second case discussion with group mates 15 min for prep and 30 min for discussion. For me there was no presentation but HR manager and IT audit manager were sitting. Last one was English speaking test where I was given a random topic like "If you have 100,000 dollars, would you spend it on purchasing diamond or gold?" Prep for 30 seconds and speak 90 seconds. Other people got the question such as "Who is your superhero?"
3. Partner Interview: Very casual talk for about 30~40 minutes asking about why Deloitte not other Big4, why you, challenging moment at a leadership position...

Applied through university, the process took a day. They seemed to want an intern urgently so I emailed them my application on a Sunday night, and got a reply Monday morning asking for a phone interview Monday afternoon. I could barely hear what the interviewer was asking, there was a lot of noise in his background.

Question 1
The role was for an IT position and I didn't have much programming experience so I just said that it was something I could learn. He also asked if I knew anyone in the company and what their experiences were. Also since they were hiring during auditing season, I think he asked how I would deal with the pressure, I'm not sure because I asked him to repeat the question thrice and still didn't understand.
