Après une candidature en ligne, Deloitte m'a contacté pour arranger 3 entretiens, un entretien RH, un entretien avec un manager et un entretien Technique. La moitié du premier entretien s'est déroulé en anglais, le second totalement en anglais avec un interlocuteur non francophone et le dernier en français.
J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Deloitte en déc. 2012

After selection to the next round, onsite interview
2 rounds
1st round- Why are you interested in this position?

2nd round - Majorly a stress testing
The person will show that he is not at all interested in your answers and will try to bump in between with the topics that are not related .
Now its your responsibility to bring the topic to a place relevant to the job position
