Need to go in with detailed knowledge of the role and the products , they also asked about internship as well as my passport status. it is also advisable that you learn about the people who would take your interview from the mail they send
Online Assessment followed by a Hirevue followed by Assessment Centre. Hirevue had 3 questions to be answered - 3 minutes each. Assessment centre was one day long with a handful of other candidates.

I applied online as usual and heard back from the recruiter over email. The application is pretty straightforward and the same as other companies. It might increase your chance of being reviewed if you have an internal referral.
