University advertisement, Provide CV and academic transcript, Participation in Assessment centre. The whole experience was quick and transparent. We were informed about the progress of our applications consistently. The company recruited more numbers than they had expected and communicated to all of us. It was a surprise for all of us that we had made it through.
2 rounds of interview- 1 HR and 1 tech+HR, medium difficulty, very friendly and very good process. Got placed through campus placement, they came for 6 other roles . I interviewed for Human Capital Organization Transformation Analyst.
The interviewer asked me to tell me about myself and standard resume questions. For example: Why did you choose this feature in your project? What was the challenging part of your project etc
