First, an online assessment, followed by an online video assessment, followed by a case interview and group exercise. All of those sessions were online for the Manchester office. Overall I found the process very professional and nice. I do enjoy those type of interviews and hope soon it works out hey
Pretty straightforward process overall. Started with a group interview where we worked through a case/activity as a team and discussed our ideas.
Then there was a one-on-one interview with a presentation. It was quite conversational and the presentation was pretty causal as well.

The standardised tests involved comparing many really similar scenarios which felt a bit pointless. The interviewer asked me for a presentation about the pros and cons of AI but when I was discussing the environmental harm they steered me away from the cons.
