Hiring manager 1hr interview.
Felt very good discussion but at the end rejected without a valid reason. Though they have all rights they should have transparency in why they had to take that decision.

Situations where conflicts with manager? How did you handle?
Simple but very effective. The best thing about the interview was how human it felt, it didn’t feel like they were trying to hit quotas but actually trying to get to know me.
First round is technical. Second is managerial with scenario-based questions on production issues, team handling, and decision making. Final round is HR, focusing on salary, culture fit, communication, and long-term career goals.
