Found a job on their website that I was interested in. Contacted internal personnel with whom I have a long-standing relationship. That person offered to assist by finding out more about the position. They gave me the name of the recruiting manager and asked that I send my resume directly.
Given documentation on site, and 90 minutes, please write a memo using a particular format (provided) to give a writing sample. This was in addition to a presentation that I was to give. (Presentation prepared ahead of the on-site interview.)
Had multiple rounds, mostly behavioral. Initial screening by a sr Mgr followed by 2 rounds with other Sr managers and 1 final round with a Partner.Had a pleasant experience with all of them, did not encounter anything tricky. Case study was quite straightforward.
