Entretien
Applied through my university's career center and was notified by email that I have been selected for round 1 of interviews. Round 1 is a virtual interview, phone, in this case. It was 2 30 minute interviews with 2 different hr reps. The first one lasted about 30 minutes and was the behavioral interview. They asked me about myself, about different things I was involve with in school, and how I have handled different scenarios with regards to group activities, leadership and being organized. This interview was fairly easy, and like many others I have had.
Then just after finishing up with the first interview, the second recruiter called for the technical interview. This interview lasted about 30 minutes as well. I was asked about various topics with regard to project management and operations and then focus shifted toward excel based questions. First these started out basic then they got more challenging (pivot tables, vlookup, etc).
This was all for the round 1 interview.

What is the purpose of internal auditing?
Describe one time you had to relay sensitive information to someone, and how you did it
What is a circular error in excel? What is hard coding?
In excel how can you find which cells have formulas in them and which do not? And how would you let someone know something regarding information in a particular cell? (highlight or use comment feature)

Entretien
The recruiting process was quite short compared to other interviews I had. Only, consisted of one on-campus interview and a final round at the Boston office. The interviewers were all managers, and they were all really friendly. Really enjoyed the process.

Entretien
My opinion of this company changed after my interview experience with them. My first round of interviews went perfectly well. It was 45 mins of technical and 45 minutes of behavioral. Both of which I feel I did really well and impressed the people interviewing me.
I was asked to come in for the final round of interviewing 2 weeks later at the New York office. Here, I had to complete opposite experience, I almost got the sense that I was not wanted there, and like they already knew who they were going to hire; but they had me there as a "space filler". It felt like a pretty big waste of my time because I prepared so much for this interview. My behavioral was cut short 20 minutes, and my case study was cut short 15 minutes, the other candidate went over the allotted time. They could have made it less obvious that they wanted to hire him and not me.

Entretien
It was good. Asked about basic accounting concepts and logical questions. The first round is online test and then second round is interview by Manager and third round is versant. They also aksed about career goals.
