I first sent my resume to an employee of Deloitte that I knew. He then sent my resume to a recruiter who then passed it along to another recruiter.
After about a couple of weeks I received an email to have a phone interview with the a Director and Senior Manager.
About 2 weeks later I received an email to come down to the office for 2nd round interviews. I went to the office 2 weeks later and interviewed with a Senior Manager and Manager.
Overall, with all the interviews I was asked mostly behavioral questions. With the first interview I had, I ended up having a lot of time to ask questions so its extremely important to be prepared.

Tell me about a time you were in a group and one of your members wasnt responsive
You will need to complete Accounting, english, and Hirevue test before interview with HR. Then will move to user, usually manager from your business unit. Maybe will ask about your past project or about PSAK (if accounting). Took a month to get offering letter. HR will call you if you get accepted.
Interview process was smooth but took time to be scheduled. After the interview, feedback was quick but the interview was rescheduled several times. Interview consisted of behavioral questions with 2 interviewers from the same department.

Two step:
one online video assessment with three questions
one live interview with 2 members of the team with ~10 questions
The interview was laid back with mostly behavioural questions asking about my past experience and how I could contribute to the team etc.
