3 Parts: Containing video interviews, written emails and SJTs. Video Interviews were asking real life related questions in Deloitte, for example how you introduce yourself to a new team of senior people in a meeting before the new phase of project.

Question 1
You are moving on to the new phase of the project, there will be senior members in the new team. How do you plan to introduce yourself?
First stage is simple online form. Second stage is an online test around 90 minutes. Third stage is job simulation involving a mix of maths/situational Q's and video Q's. Final stage is virtual assessment centre consisting of a 60 minute 1-1 interview, 30 minute case study and 30 minute group activity.

AC - what are your career aspirations and how will this role help you to achieve them?
After online assessment, then it is online interview with record of yourself around 30 mins. It is all about the situation in real workplace. Problem-solving skills. More of what-if situations such as if the you detect an error just right before the deadline what you will solve it.
