The hiring process consisted of three parts. Online test having quantitative, logical and english sections. Candidates who cleared this round had to participate in the case gd round in which 6-8 participants were given a problem to solve and come up with the solution together and explain to the panelists one at a time. Finally the interview round had basic resume based questions with a few technical/logical questions.

I went through two interviews. The first interview included the behavioral part and case part. The second interview was with a managing director, and the entire interview was about solving a M&A case.
