It was a straightforward process with a behavioral portion as well as a case study. The case study was definitely difficult, but it was good practice for the future. The behavioral interview was pretty basic. It was more of a conversation, which was nice. It felt like I actually made a connection.

For campus hires, it included 3 rounds. One in-person behavioral, one case study, and a final case study.
Cases were not difficult compared to MBB and some people reported only studying for a few weeks or less.
The recruitment process includes an initial HR screening, followed by a case interview with an Associate and a Manager, and concludes with a final round of interviews with the firm’s Partners.
