Interview process itself was pretty smooth and straight forward, there wasn’t multiple interviews over several week, however no outcome or response for nearly a month was not acceptable for a company of this size and scale. Also found it unusual that at no point did I get to meet or speak with the person who would be managing me

Actual interview was absolutely fine. Virtual, one stage, conversational and not super formal. However the concern was that feedback wasn’t provided for at least 3 weeks even though successful which is disappointing and contributed to me choosing to decline the role

First interview was in person at their office and second interview was via Teams as one of the interviewers was based in Auckland. I was given plenty of notice of the interviews and given prompt feedback of an outcome after each interview.
