It is a Group Assessment comprised of 6 peers for once. One Manager and one HR will be with all of you for the whole process. There will be 20 min to go over and prepare with the case following with a 25 minutes discussion. There is no timer for you and you need to keep track of the time by yourself. Further, after the discussion, a presentation including every member is required. After the presentation, the manager and HR will act as client to ask questions.

Several cases, cases online are a good reflection of the real interview process. Also practicing with friends was helpful, especially friends who had past consulting experience. Behavioral was also important.
