Offline interview process where it begin with introduce yourself then certain core finance questions like derivates and accounting entries. Questions related to CV as well. All and all the interview was fine if studied well.
The case interview was pretty conversational, and the interview was mostly interviewer-led. They let you use Excel or a calculator to do simple math problems. a little bit of technical difficulties but it went smooth.

I first had resume screening, then first call to assess interest, then business case to assess soft skills, then 3 interviews (HR, hiring manager, partner) where job-organization fit, job-person fit and technical capabilities are assessed.
