The first step was to resume screening. In this phase, the HR team reviewed my resume to assess my qualifications, work experience, and technical skills. They ensured that my background aligned with the job requirements. Once my resume was shortlisted, I was invited to proceed to the next stage.
The second step was the technical round. This was a crucial stage where my technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities were tested. The interviewer asked various questions related to my expertise and work experience. Additionally, I was given a practical problem to solve, which tested my analytical and coding skills. The round was challenging but insightful, and I was able to showcase my abilities effectively.
After successfully clearing the technical round, I moved on to the final step—the HR round. This round focused more on my career aspirations, salary expectations, and cultural fit within the company. The HR representative asked about my preferred joining date and discussed the company's work environment. I also had the opportunity to ask questions about the role and the company, which helped me gain more clarity.
