I recently went through the hiring process for a Senior Analyst role at Deloitte. The process started with an application, followed by an initial screening round to assess my profile and communication skills.
Next, I had a technical/functional interview where my knowledge in finance, problem-solving ability, and work experience were evaluated. This was followed by an HR round, which focused on my communication skills, career goals, and overall fit for the organization.
After successfully clearing the interviews, I received a Letter of Intent (LOI) and completed the required documentation and background verification process through First Advantage. The background verification included employment, education, and address checks.
Once the verification process was near completion, the status was updated, and I am currently in the final onboarding stage, awaiting further communication from HR. Overall, the process was structured, professional, and focused on evaluating both technical skills and cultural fit.
