Entretien
3 entretiens avec un partner, une senior director et une RH.
Les entretiens étaient constructifs et agréable, et plutôt basé sur une discussion pour bien comprendre les attentes.
Process de recrutement très long, pas de news après avoir réalisé tous les entretiens dont celui de la RH qui a confirmé leur souhait de faire une offre puis pas de news depuis ( plus d’un mois)

2 rounds
round 1: technical - asked on past project experience and few technical questions
round 2: technical+managerial asked on past project experience, technical questions as well as behavioural questions.
It was good and very handy questions on resume and basic understanding of topics . General topics regarding pega CSA and CSSA with hands on question . Also expect some of project managerial skill .

The interview has been very thorough and quick, interviewers are friendly and knowledgeable. The team culture must be great to be part of.
