Entretien
The recruitment process had 5 phases:
1st-Application Online (CV, Cover Letter)
2nd-Phone Interview (Questions about date of birth, nationality, degree, university, academic average ... and, at the end, why EY)
3rd-Group Dynamics (3hours) + Personality Test (30 minutes) They start with a brief introduction to EY and to the recruitment process (Take notes). No specific preparation needed for this phase. The Group exercises were easy but, remember: they are GROUP exercises so don’t be selfish trying to finish first or speak louder than everyone else, etcc.. be friendly, proactive and show enthusiasm.
4th - 4 Speed Interviews (10 minutes each with one senior employee of each service line) + English test (just for those who do not have a certificate) For this phase you need to be very well prepared to answer: questions about yourself (background and behavioral questions); questions about EY Global, EY Portugal and EY's business and at the end you have to ask questions too. Study the information they send by email, about each business line.
5th- Partner Interview (about 50 minutes long) Final interview with one partner from the service line you prefer. Be well prepared to talk about your CV, how the experiences mentioned there allowed you to develop the skills they’re looking for. Try to be well informed about the service line you prefer (read its section and related topics on their website). No technical questions. At the end you have time and must ask smart questions and take notes.

The interview process for an Auditor role at EY usually begins with an online application and resume screening. Houve um questionário online, onde tive que responder perguntas de português, contabilidade, inglês e assuntos sobre a própria empresa EY. Fui aprovada e direcionada pada uma dinâmica em grupo que também será online.

ho fatto un colloquio conoscitivo con EY. sono stata ricontattata subito per l'esito positivo. mi sono state fatte domande sul mio percorso universitario, lavorativo, ecc. mi è stato chiesto perché mi fossi candidata per quella posizione. infine una domanda in inglese.
