Following the job application online, had a phone interview and was sent a link for an online assessment which required rating of most likely and least likely behavioural reactions to various job situations. Did both manager and partner interviews. One of the managers seemed disinterested in the interview so I was pretty surprised I made it to the partner interview. Was an overall quite harrying process.
