First round telephonic discussion and called for face to face discussion in second round. Telephonic screen was scheduled by recruitment agency at 11:30 AM, waited till 12 to get the call directly from the company. After completing first round i did not receive any update untill one week over for the next step which was face to face with management. I got the offer in two weeks time though the compensation they offered is based on current salary which seems to be a industry standard but not as per my expectation.
Interview is more about prior experience in building AI solutions, Sounds like they're looking for more on Platforms such as Blueprism, ANy Platform etc which is not mentioned in the Job spec. I dont see anything much beyond talking experience.

2nd round: behavioral conversation with a team lead.
Got positive feedback, saying offer will come in few days.
Then all of a sudden, an extra interview was scheduled.
3rd round: AI kool aid chat with non-technical partner and her "lover".
Result: After careful consideration...

I had a screener interview, behavioral interview with a peer (45 mins), and then a case study, behavioral, and technical interview with two managers (2.5 hrs). It was over the summer, and the entire process took about three months. Everyone who I talked to was very nice and professional.
