Phone interview around 15 - 20 mins then online assessment with situational based questions, it's based on personal characteristics to answer those questions. Each question will provide quite a lot yet similar answers for you to choose for.
The interview process was lengthy. I completed online assessments before a final video interview, and I went in blind, with no idea what questions might come up. I'd recommend preparing example questions beforehand for the digital interview.
