I interviewed for the Advisory Consulting Program (ADP) Staff position out of university recruiting. The first round interview was basic behavioral questions and the interviewer was personable and helpful. The second round consisted of 3 consecutive interviews, a mix of behavioral and case questions. The case interview was pretty straightforward if you prepared properly. I heard back for with the job offer about 3 days later.
