J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez EY (Dallas, TX) en sept. 2013
Entretien
First round was more on fit and no technical questions.
Second round was the Superday. They would fly you out on their dollar and meet with 3-4 staff before going to meet with 1 partner and a couple of senior guys. Mostly it felt like the job was focused heavily on fit more than anything else. Never encountered a single technical question in the interviewing process. Great company though! Everybody seemed like family and they would fine you very well. They do emphasize strong academic performance as a screen before you even get in.

Question 1
Nothing really unexpected. It was focused more on traditional questions such as what is a weakness that you have?
45-min Behavioral with PPMD, 45-min Case with Manager. My interviewers were very personable and open. Behavioral structure is relaxed and more of a test for your personality and communication skills than strict experience.

I was involved in a recruiter screen - The questions were mostly behavioral, getting to know me, a few situational, and a few technical questions focused on programming knowledge, like SQL, Python, etc.
