The recruitment process was composed of four steps at the time. - One entire day: Presentation of the company, group assessment, logical and literal tests - Interview one-to-one with HR - Interview with a Manager with whom you might work if you're hired - Interview with a partner The process is long and keep motivated and focused from the beginning to the end ! All of my friends told me the last interview was more to sign the contract than something else, it was an urban legend, this is a professional interview with somebody who obviously has a great career in the area and still wants to check if you have the profile and the brain to do the job.
