EY were very prompt in communication throughout. I appreciated that they informed me about their decision not to move forward after two days, given the high rate of interview ghosting these days. I was not given a particular reason for their decision. The interview was professionally conducted, and Interviewer was friendly and helpful. There were no particularly difficult "gotcha" questions. The role was on process transformation

Quick and transparent process supported by their talent acquisition partners. Unlike many other hirers, they actually provided feedback following interviews! The interviews were mostly conversational and not relying on the STAR approach.

I had interviewed for a Manager role at EY. I already informed them during the initial call that I have a total of 6.6 years of experience. After that, they scheduled my L1 interview round, which I cleared successfully. However, I was rejected in the L2 round because they were looking for candidates with 8+ years of experience for a leadership role.
