it's quite short and the HR is super helpful. Also during the interview with the managers they try to make you feel comfortable without pressure. For the CCaSS division, they want to see how you make decisions related to sustainable investments and products.

Smooth interview process. I moved through the stages very quickly until I had the third interview which was with the partner. From then on, things started to slow down. They said they should have made a decision within 2-3 weeks. I sent them a follow up email after this timeframe had passed and they said that the process is still in progress. After another 4 weeks had passed I sent them again a follow up email and they sent me a rejection through the system. Very unprofessional behaviour and such a loss of time and energy.
