It was a good process. two levels of interview. The first interview was technical and the second was behavioral. The first interview was asking technical questions about your previous career. However, the second is about managerial and presentation skills

Entretien
My interview lasted less than 2 minutes. The manager reached out to me on LinkedIn and we’ve scheduled a call. He started impatient and asked me what I thought about the position. I answered it, he interrupted the interview and said I didn’t have the profile to work with consultancy without even hearing me out or asking questions. He barely talked to me and was extremely arrogant in his feedback. It sounded like he was just trying to talk to someone to through our his demons away. What an awful leader with no leadership profile AT ALL!
