Straight forward interview process with various levels of interview. Phone interview, panel interview and partner interview. In all interviews they were all via teams or phone. Being prepared helped and researching the values of the company aided the process.

The interview was conducted in person and lasted less than 40 minutes. It consisted primarily of behavioral questions focused on my experiences, communication, and teamwork, along with a few basic technical accounting and audit questions.

Two steps, starting with a written test, continuing to a case presentation interview. The interview mainly discussed the case, followed by questions closer to a behavioral interview. The interview required quick thinking and insight gathering due to short time allowed for case preparation.
